All shipments are sent through transport agencies that perfectly cover the destination territory (DHL, UPS, etc.)

The delivery time varies depending on the delivery area: From 48/72 hours in Europe to 5/7 days in Asia and Oceania.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox or an SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number provided when ordering. We recommend that you call the telephone number provided to make an appointment.

If you know for sure that you will not be at your home when making the purchase, we recommend you indicate another address (work, family, friend), or if you wish, you can choose to pick up at the transport company office more close.

Finally, remember that transport agencies do not deliver on Saturdays.

Track your order

You can locate your order in the "Order history" section of your customer account.

If you do not have a customer account and have placed the order as a guest, you can check the status of your order in the guest order tracking section.

It is possible that the email with the tracking number is in the spam folder of your email, or you have inadvertently deleted it. In that case you can contact the customer service department so that we can send it to you again.


In the event that the external packaging is delivered to you broken or damaged, we ask you to accept it equally with reservations directly from the transport company. Once the packaging has been opened, you can check the integrity and quality of the material received. We cannot guarantee the quality of the transport and for this purpose we take care to secure the products inside robust external boxes.

For accepted materials that are buggy or defective:

In the event that the purchased product is in poor condition or is defective, Vajolet Diffusion SL will make the change for another of the same characteristics at no cost.   

In this case, you must send us the product in poor condition and once we check that it has not been tampered with, or that it shows signs of external breakage, we will send you another one with the same characteristics and brand at no additional cost.   

In addition, you have 14 calendar days to return your purchase at no cost and the amount of the purchase will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 14 days.
